We are Ross and Charlene Thurston, a husband-and-wife team who proudly took ownership of The Venue at Kersey Mill in June 2026. As a family-run business with a lifelong passion for creating memorable experiences, we are delighted to be the new custodians of this beautiful Suffolk venue.

For over 16 years, we have been helping people celebrate life's most important moments through our award-winning sister company, RCT Entertainment & Events.

What began as a passion for weddings and entertainment has grown into one of the region's most respected event companies, providing professional event services across Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, London, and beyond. Throughout the years, we have worked alongside thousands of couples, businesses, charities, and organisations, delivering everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
